Pictures from the ski fitness training in Richmond Park

Check out the pictures from the session. Thanks to Fitness Angel Lorraine Field who put Club members through their paces to help them get ready for the ski season. After a thorough warm up, the group tackled a range of exercises incluing lunge walking, hill running with poles, polewalking, press ups, various resistance exercises, and finished with all important stretching plus a welcome cup of tea!
