TERMS & CONDITIONS – ROLLER SKI BOOKINGS

Participation - membership status

LRNSC is a Snowsport England [SE] affiliated club which means that, according to SE insurance rules, to participate in our roller ski sessions you must be either:

•    a current LRNSC and Snowsport England [SE] member with Green tier membership or higher, 
or
•    a current member of another SE affiliated club and have SE Green tier membership or higher, 
or
•   a current member of a Snowsport Scotland affiliated club [inc RAF Nordic & BNDS], 
or
•    a newcomer to LRNSC & SE who is attending 1 of 3 sessions before joining the Club and Snowsport England.  If you take more than 3 sessions you must take out the necessary memberships before the 4th session.

If you are BBU - as there are currently no reciprocal arrangements with SE, please join SE or a Snowsport Scotland club and email us with proof of your membership.

Cancellations & refunds

Should you wish to cancel your tuition, please note that the following charges apply based on date (this applies both the individual sessions and any-five-sessions bookings):

•    5 days or more prior to the course start date – 100 % of tuition refunded or, if one of ‘any five sessions’, carried forward,
•    less than 5 days' notice prior to the course start or activity date – no refund.

No refunds will be given for tuition which you booked but did not attend.

Alternatively, should you wish to postpone your tuition and transfer it to a later event (this applies both the individual sessions and any-five-sessions bookings), please contact us at least 48 hours prior to the course start date. Subject to places being available, your booking will be transferred to the new date at no additional cost.
