Tuition - Terms & Conditions - Roller ski bookings

Should you wish to cancel your tuition, please note that the following charges apply based on date (this applies to both the individual, course sessions and any-five-sessions bookings):

• 5 days or more prior to the course start date – 100 % of tuition refunded or, if one of ‘any five sessions’, carried forward,
• less than 5 days' notice prior to the course start or activity date – no refund.

No refunds will be given for tuition which you booked but did not attend.

Alternatively, should you wish to postpone your tuition and transfer it to a later event (this applies both the individual sessions and any-five-sessions bookings), please contact us at least 48 hours prior to the course start date. Subject to places being available, your booking will be transferred to the new date at no additional cost.
