Join and learn to roller ski - it's great for fitness and fun, plus it's the best way to prepare for cross country skiing.  There are sessions for children as well as tasters, courses, coaching and general training/practice sessions for adults. We also organise roller ski races. And you can cross country ski with us.  Plus you can discover cross country ski racing.

Places available: 21/9 roller ski race & course, Dobbiaco ski trip

There's still time to book your place on our roller ski course on 21/9, and the 20% saving on all four autumn courses for members has been extended to 2000hrs on 18/9.  Book now!

If you want to take part in the British roller ski series time trial race on that day, please enter now to help the organisers.

Four places have unexpectedly come available on our cross country ski trip to Dobbiaco - members should contact the organisers ASAP if interested [nb this info was correct as at 9/9/14].

Want to be a roller ski instructor?

Want the fun and satisfaction of teaching others how to roller ski?  Snowsport England [SSE] are running their next level 1 Roller Ski Instructor course at Hillingdon Cycle Circuit on 1-2 November led by Adam Pinney.  If you're an LRNSC member we can support you in return for agreed coaching sessions.

NB Candidates should be skiing at SSE Proficiency 3* level - you can see the criteria here.

12 July Roller ski race results

Race results are now posted - congratulations to the winners of their respective categories and well done to all the roller skiers who braved the fine, warm weather!  There were a record 60 entrants - many thanks to everyone who supported the event and helped in lots of different ways to make it a successful afternoon.

Race results & photos from 6 July team sprints

The results of yesterday's roller ski team sprints and photos are now are now available.  Congratulations to winners Jordan Andrews and Gregor Young in first place,  with Alexander and Andrew Bessarab and Charlie Harrigan and Peter Thomson, taking second and third places respectively.

Well done to everyone who took on the challenge - thanks for taking part.

Learn & race Sunday 11 May

Want to learn to roller ski or brush up your roller ski technique?  Want a roller ski race?  We're running a roller ski course as well as a 15km free technique race on Sunday at Hillingdon Cycle Circuit.  The race is the first event in the GB Roller Ski Series and there's also a 7.5km option for juniors and novices.  Please sign up in advance for the course and/or the race.
