Join and learn to roller ski - it's great for fitness and fun, plus it's the best way to prepare for cross country skiing. There are sessions for children as well as tasters, courses, coaching and general training/practice sessions for adults. We also organise roller ski races. And you can cross country ski with us. Plus you can discover cross country ski racing.

The Club multi-wraps/neck warmers [similar to a Buff] are back in stock for Christmas - available in our ever-popular blue and white logo/snowflake designs and at the lower price of £7.99 [+£1.00 p&p].
Our final roller ski session and end of year pizza party will be on 4/12 and you can book your place now - there'll be classic coaching for intermediates, the usual children's session and individual training/practice plus the last of the beginner course. Pizza will be free of charge but you do need to book so we know how many to order!

Our next Cambridge roller ski session is on 12/11 and in west London on 20/11 - at both there'll be skate roller ski coaching for beginners and intermediates, plus the children's session and the opportunity for individual training/practice in London. Book your place here.

LRNSC together with GoXCski, RAF Nordic & Army Nordic successfully promoted nordic skiing at the recent snow show in Birmingham. Pauline, Megan, Glennis, Andy & Adam did a great job of promoting the Club and our sport. It was great to meet members in person, like long-standing member Allan Carter, whilst others like Andrew Kenyon got to meet up with their old mates, in his case Eddie the Eagle! In July this year UK Sport made the devastating announcement that our Cross-country ski team was ‘deemed not to be investible for World Class Programme funding’. In other words our elite GB Nordic team was to lose its vital funding at a time when the athletes have been delivering some of Britain’s greatest ever results on the snow. Members are invited for a relaxed evening of good food and ski chat at 7pm on Saturday 19 November at Brasserie Blanc Southbank. See more details and how to book - don't delay, booking will close on 9/11 or as soon as all places have been taken.
News has also just come in that a Club group will be ice skating at the lovely Somerset House rink on 18/12 - places are selling fast so if you'd like to join in the fun, book your place now.
Next weekend the Club is going to Cambridgeshire - on Saturday morning there'll be classic coaching for beginners & intermediates, and on Sunday we'll be roller skiing along the Busway.

Booking is now open for our: September roller ski sessions at Hillingdon Cycle Circuit in west London. On 4/9 we kick off the season with a roller ski taster, children's session, intermediate classic coaching, and you can also do your own training/practice if you prefer.
Current members of LRNSC have already been invited to the Club's Annual General Meeting on Sunday 4 September - you can find more information about the meeting here and a link to register to attend here.
The AGM will take place in person from 1400-1545 at the club house at Hillingdon Cycle Circuit, 11-12 Springfield Road, Hayes UB4 0LP, and online via Zoom.
