Roy Young, British Nordic Ski Team coach at Hillingdon Cycle Circuit

Come along next Sunday 22nd September to hear Roy Young, Head Coach of the British Nordic Ski Team give an insight into the Team's development and preparation for the next Olympics in Sochi 2014. 

There'll be time for a Q&A too so if you want to find out his top tips for training, come and ask him!  The talk will take place from 1200-1230 in the club house and will be free of charge.  You can combine this with some roller ski practice or sign up for our day course, or race with us in the afternoon.
