Help shape the Club - come to the AGM 17 July 2010

Members - you have the chance to help shape your ski club at the AGM on Saturday 17 July at 4pm in the  club house at Hillingdon Cycle Circuit.  Here's the agenda:

1.    Approval of the minutes of the AGM held on 6 June 2009
2.    Matters arising from the minutes
3.    Annual Report by the Chairman
4.    Financial Report by the Treasurer
5.    Election of Officers
6.    Any other business - Financial contribution to club house
