Book your place on our new learn to skate roller ski course starting on Sunday afternoon 26/5. This course focuses exclusively on skating technique.
You'll learn how to skate roller ski with an emphasis on balance and co-ordination using the different skating 'gears' - skate 1, skate 2 and skate 3 to enable you tackle ups and downs, as well as moving efficiently on the flat. We'll also cover turns and free skate. Find out more here.

The Club walk in the Surrey hills will now take place on Sunday 19 May instead of Saturday 11 May due to M25 junction closures which may affect members' journeys. Find out more about this event here.

We're running the first race of the British Roller Ski Series -12/6/3km FT time trial - on Sunday 14 April at 11:00 at Hillingdon Cycle Circuit in west London.

Make 2024 the year you take up roller skiing. Our Spring courses start in west London on 3rd March and in the Cambridge area on 23rd March. Both follow the same format which means that you’ll learn classic technique at the first three sessions and then get an introduction to skate technique at the last two. See more

If you want to learn to skate we’re running a specific five session course starting in west London on 26 May. You’ll find it easier to learn if you can already roller ski or have started skating on cross country or even alpine skis, or do another balance sport.
If you’re already a competent roller skier and want to develop/refresh or maintain your skills, these coaching sessions are for you. You can choose between classic or skating technique with sessions in both west London and the Cambridge area.
You can book any five sessions for maximum value or single sessions. Find out more and see a summary calendar for all our 2024 sessions. Currently you can book sessions up to 21 July.
