Invitation to the LRNSC 2025 AGM on 28 September
As a current member of LRNSC, you are invited to the Club's Annual General Meeting on Sunday 28 September.
All current London Region Nordic Ski Club [LRNSC] members are invited to participate in this AGM. It will take place in person from 14.00-16.00 at the club house at Hillingdon Cycle Circuit.
You can also view the event online via Zoom but to vote and have full participation you must attend in person or vote by proxy.
Please note that any LRNSC member may submit a motion for the AGM via this form no later than 19:00 on Saturday 30 August. Such a motion must be seconded, either in writing by email, or from the floor of the meeting.

NB Anyone may attend but only current Club members are eligible to vote at the AGM.
What happens after you register
- Everyone who registers will be sent an email confirming their registration.
- The agenda will be emailed to all members by 14 September.
- By 25 September everyone who has registered will be emailed the meeting documents [agenda, accounts, committee members' reports and 2024 minutes] together with the meeting procedures and, for online viewers, instructions on how to join the meeting.
- In parallel, the meeting documents will also be available on the Club website.

The Club Constitution requires that all Committee members, including the Chair, submit themselves for re-election at this AGM.

You can however put your name forward for one or more of the Committee positions. This document outlines the process. You do not need to be seconded to put your name forward.
Pre AGM roller skiing
This will take place in the morning from 10:00 - 12:00 when there'll be a choice of coaching, or the opportunity to practice or train as you wish, and a 2 lap classic team fun race. Book your place for this roller ski session here.
Afterwards there'll be time for people to grab a coffee or tea, and eat lunch [you'll need to bring your own] before the AGM.

The AGM is your opportunity to find out what's happening with the Club and give your views - we need to hear from our newer active members as well as our long-standing loyal supporters.
