Who this cross country skiing trip is for
It is open to all LRNSC members, and those wishing to join the Club, who fall into the groups described above. You must have a reasonable level of fitness to be able to take part, particularly novices, as tuition is typically 4-5 hours a day with a break for lunch. Falling over is usually part of learning to ski so equally you need to be able to get up unaided from the ground.
If you're learning to roller ski on our courses this is an ideal next step if you want to transfer and develop your skiing on snow with the help of our Club coaches.
Coaching will a mix of formal and 'on the go tuition' in classic and skate style in small groups.
We expect to have at least three instructors but the final number will depend on the number of participants.
If you want to participate in the Tour de Ramsau races you can extend your stay at the hotel.
