If you're a Club member & wish to submit a motion for the AGM you should do so in writing to the Secretary at least one month before the meeting. Such motion must be seconded, either in writing or from the floor of the meeting.
Please note that the roller ski practice session scheduled for 31/7 has now been cancelled as the circuit will now be used for the Mayor's Hillingdon Skyride.
